Clean rooms, a lot of highway noise so not great if you're a light sleeper but not the hotels fault; gym weights go from 15 - 20 ... 30 - 50; has a cable machine but missing a lot of useful handles for it; treadmill, elliptical, bike

Excellent place to stay well appointed rooms. However, if a very good breakfast is important as say on the level of a Hyatt don't hold your breath. Powdered eggs do not a great breakfast make.

The area around it doesnt look the greatest but this is a nice place. The bathroom looks more luxurious than a lot of stark hotel bathrooms. The room was clean. They only have 1 elevator though so that kind of stinks.

The location was great, and the room was really clean and well stocked.The staff was very helpful.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Cleveland, TX, and would definitely return. From the moment I checked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and ready to help with anything I needed. The front desk team made the process quick and easy, and their friendly attitude set a great tone for the stay. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—exactly what you want after a long day of travel. The bed was cozy with plenty of pillows, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. I also appreciated the size of the bathroom and the good water pressure in the shower. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared. The hotel was quiet at night, which made it easy to relax and get good rest. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was another plus, offering a solid selection of hot and cold items. The dining area was clean, and staff kept everything stocked and tidy. Parking felt safe and convenient, with plenty of available spots. The location is also great—close to nearby restaurants, gas stations, and the highway.

Overall you get what you pay for. The Gym was very nice though. They NEVER Had hot water with the coffee. I’m a Tea drinker, so I always had to go heat the water up. They had the dispenser for hot water but it was always cold……… like they just never change it or heat the water…….

Was a pleasant stay. Quiet, clean and comfy. The only issue is I had a five hour drive to this hotel and arrived late and needed sleep and all I wanted to do was get to the room and knock out, but there was no one up front for about 10 minutes. I was dead tired and really just wanted to get to the room I understand it's late but if your going to have just 1 guy please consider that folks are coming in tired exhausted and sleepy. Other than that breakfast was good as everything else.

The room was cute and clean, outside the hotel was clean, friendly staff, plenty of parking, and yummy breakfast. Two things we did not like though is that our room smelled strong of mildew and our bathtub leaked from the bottom when taking a shower. Aside from this, we enjoyed our stay and will keep this hotel in mind when traveling to this area.
